Press release – Omnitour reassures its travelers
Friday, February 7, 2025
At Omnitour, the safety and peace of mind of our travelers is our priority.
We would like to remind you that we are rigorously following the travel advice and warnings of the Government of Canada for all our destinations, including the United States. Rest assured that we remain on the lookout for entry requirements to the United States, which remain unchanged to this day.
We are in constant communication with our American partners and they are eager to welcome your groups. Nothing has changed on site in terms of services or security.
Reminder: documents required to visit the United States
It is the responsibility of each traveller to ensure that they have the necessary valid documents for their trip, regardless of the destination.
Canadian citizens aged 18 and under travelling with a school or organized group, under adult supervision and with the consent of a parent or guardian, may present one of the following documents:
-
Proof of citizenship (original birth certificate or paper copy, or Canadian citizenship card)
-
A valid passport
For more details, please refer to the following link : [US entry requirements].
If you have any questions about the validity of your documents or any other concerns, we recommend that you contact the relevant authorities directly and discuss them with your travel advisor.
Protection and travel insurance
We also remind you that all our customers benefit from the protection of FICAV (Compensation Fund for Travel Agents' Customers) and OPC (Consumer Protection Office), thus offering you additional security and peace of mind when booking your trip with us.
Finally, we stress the importance of taking out travel insurance, which is essential to guarantee your safety and protect you in the event of unforeseen events.
We wish you a most pleasant trip, with complete peace of mind!
